How do I price a site?

The simple answer is " I discuss the details with the client FIRST" .

I think this is more important then giving them a ball park figure. The client isn't always sure what they want exactly,(exempt they want a web site), so with a discussion I can find out more about what they require and give them idea's and suggestions, then I can give them a quote.

I need some idea of your pricing!!!

Why is the price so low?

I used a template with "Pure SEO CMS" application. With the template I added a third column, changed the colours and fonts.

I don't have staff and overheads (work from home), and would do the work in 5 days (could do it in 2-3 days).

I can do bespoke web sites if required.
